How do I return an item for a refund?

The following are required to qualify for a return / refund:
1. Be within 30 days from the date of purchase (for all other non-warranty related items)
2. Item/s must be in unused and re-sellable condition (for all other non-warranty related items)
3. Item/s must be in the original packaging with all the tags intact (for all other non-warranty related items)
The following items cannot be returned / refunded:
1. Gift cards
2. Items in Used and un-resellable condition (for all other non-warranty related items)
3. Damaged or used items
Return Charge
There will be a return charge of $13.10 per request / return.

Love it. Well fitted to fin boxes, easy installation and removal. Have used these in 2 - 8ft swell and performed with plenty of drive and hold. Seems more responsive to turns more than other keels i've tried. Excellent value when it's 50% off. Would recommend if you want to try the classic twinny feel without breaking the bank.
