How do I return an item for a refund?

The following are required to qualify for a return / refund:
1. Be within 30 days from the date of purchase (for all other non-warranty related items)
2. Item/s must be in unused and re-sellable condition (for all other non-warranty related items)
3. Item/s must be in the original packaging with all the tags intact (for all other non-warranty related items)
The following items cannot be returned / refunded:
1. Gift cards
2. Items in Used and un-resellable condition (for all other non-warranty related items)
3. Damaged or used items

There will be a return charge of $13.10 per request / return.

The umbrella is epic. If there is an eco-friendly way of inserting a pivot in the arm so you can tilt it as the sun moves it’d take this product to a 6!

Umbrella is great, haven't had the chance to use it yet but the quality looks excellent. Only obvious design complaint is that the plastic screw (at the bottom that goes into the ground) doesnt fit in the bag for the umbrella. Would have seemed logical to make the bag slightly bigger so that all pieces could be carried together.

Great addition for a beach day - the base screw is really stable and easy to use. Only downside is the height isn’t adjustable/tiltable but still a solid investment!

I was so excited to receive my beach umbrella. I tried it out on the beach and it was awesome, super easy to use. I love the fact that it is made from recycled plastic and still looks so damn good! Keep up the good work project blank!
