How do I return an item for a refund?

The following are required to qualify for a return / refund:
1. Be within 30 days from the date of purchase (for all other non-warranty related items)
2. Item/s must be in unused and re-sellable condition (for all other non-warranty related items)
3. Item/s must be in the original packaging with all the tags intact (for all other non-warranty related items)
The following items cannot be returned / refunded:
1. Gift cards
2. Items in Used and un-resellable condition (for all other non-warranty related items)
3. Damaged or used items

There will be a return charge of $13.10 per request / return.

Got this for my son on sale super cheap. He rates it well. We are in Melbourne, so summer water temp around 17-21deg. Perfect for this to keep him warm in the surf. Rear 1/2 zip makes it way easier to use. Comparable stretch to mid level of mainstream brands.

Once on it fits great, feels good. Head opening isn’t great for us big headed dudes, really struggle to get the top on and off just because of this, everything else about it is perfect.

Great quality. Feels like it’ll last a while. Just if you’re unsure on sizing, order up. I’ve always been a medium for years. This runs real tight, when I first saw the head hole it looked like it was for kids! Obviously stretches a bit when wet and with time so all good. Especially for the price.
