How do I return an item for a refund?

The following are required to qualify for a return / refund:
1. Be within 30 days from the date of purchase (for all other non-warranty related items)
2. Item/s must be in unused and re-sellable condition (for all other non-warranty related items)
3. Item/s must be in the original packaging with all the tags intact (for all other non-warranty related items)
The following items cannot be returned / refunded:
1. Gift cards
2. Items in Used and un-resellable condition (for all other non-warranty related items)
3. Damaged or used items

There will be a return charge of $13.10 per request / return.

Great product. My 8-year old son is always cold and we had to stop surfing in the winter as his old wetsuit did not do the job. Super happy with this one.

Good value for money wetsuit compared to the big name brands. My boy loves it and it keeps him warm, not sure if it will be warm enough on those cold winter days but we will see. It would be even better is they did a model the same as this but with sealed seams.

Only been for 2 surfs on this wetty but it was nice and toasty and not too stiff so paddling was still nice and easy. Love it!

Sometimes, more earth-friendly options just don't do the job of their less considerate cousins. Not the case here! Such a warm, held feeling in this suit, I am newish to surfing but can testify that this was a more easeful and supportive suit than anything else I've tried - great to move in too, and fits true to size. Thank you Project Blank team!
