How do I return an item for a refund?

The following are required to qualify for a return / refund:
1. Be within 30 days from the date of purchase (for all other non-warranty related items)
2. Item/s must be in unused and re-sellable condition (for all other non-warranty related items)
3. Item/s must be in the original packaging with all the tags intact (for all other non-warranty related items)
The following items cannot be returned / refunded:
1. Gift cards
2. Items in Used and un-resellable condition (for all other non-warranty related items)
3. Damaged or used items

There will be a return charge of $13.10 per request / return.

Love the design but the sizing was dodgy. I am a comfortable large. The length of the suit was short and shoulders didn’t have enough stretch for over arm swimming. I gave the suit to my daughter who is usually a medium. Length perfect for her, but still not enough stretch for large arm movement.

Unfortunately the cut of the suit didn’t give me enough coverage across the bottom. But the quality of the suit is amazing and I loved the style.

Such a gorgeous cut! Postage and customer service was super efficient - paddle suit is really stunning! The only minor downside is that the sizes are on the smaller side … would recommend going a size up (especially for my bustier gals) xx otherwise ADORE this product!

Suit looks and feels amazing but has zero stretch around the collar and zip making it impossible for me to get on despite ordering the right size from the website. I have returned it and customer service has been really helpful and responsive but sent me a form to fill out that was only for domestic Australian purchases and I am in NZ. Over all good company and love what they stand for but have a few bumps to iron out.
