How do I return an item for a refund?

The following are required to qualify for a return / refund:
1. Be within 30 days from the date of purchase (for all other non-warranty related items)
2. Item/s must be in unused and re-sellable condition (for all other non-warranty related items)
3. Item/s must be in the original packaging with all the tags intact (for all other non-warranty related items)
The following items cannot be returned / refunded:
1. Gift cards
2. Items in Used and un-resellable condition (for all other non-warranty related items)
3. Damaged or used items

Wish I had have found this sooner. Good, thick material that absorbs any excess water and also blocks the wind. Quality stitching and comfortable to wear on your way back from a shower. Great reuse of recyclable materials make this a must have item. Delivered faster than expected. Highly recommend this item.

I have a big head so the neck hole is tight. After wearing it a couple of times and putting minor pressure on the associated area the side split stitching gave way on one side. Project Blank provided a full refund, very good to deal with. Cheers Simon PS a zippered pocket would be good
