Sustainable Design
We use market leading materials and manufacturing to create high quality, sustainable products. Designed by surfers, for surfers. Every product in our line up has been created with performance in mind and sustainability at heart.

Sustainable Manufacturing
Our manufacturing facilities run off solar energy and use innovative methods to reduce water, C02 and excess waste. Our goal is to proactively meet, and on occasion exceed the demanding world textile standards for energy, water and chemical usage.

High manufacturing standards as a bluesign® system partner
Solar energy
Manufactured in a green facility equipped with solar panels. Generating over 6 million kilowatts of energy per year, saving 130,834 trees every year and over 7 million kg Co2 so far.
Energy and water conservation
The use of an innovative fabric dyeing machines reduces water and energy usage by 60%, while its dying process conserves 104l water and reduces its carbon footprint by 26% per kg of fabric.
Reducing Waste
To eliminate our own landfill contribution, we use neoprene made from recycled car tires. As a result, over 5,000kg of leftover neoprene waste is turned into qualified products every year.
