How do I return an item for a refund?

The following are required to qualify for a return / refund:
1. Be within 30 days from the date of purchase (for all other non-warranty related items)
2. Item/s must be in unused and re-sellable condition (for all other non-warranty related items)
3. Item/s must be in the original packaging with all the tags intact (for all other non-warranty related items)
The following items cannot be returned / refunded:
1. Gift cards
2. Items in Used and un-resellable condition (for all other non-warranty related items)
3. Damaged or used items

This is actually the second Boardsock I have bought from Project Blank, I have an 8'0" one as well for another midlength twinnie I own. That speaks for the quality in that I did not hesitate to buy this one. I am really impressed with the quality and the material used in their construction. They fit really nicely, not too tight, actually fit boards the length they claim, and easy to put on and remove (unlike some name branded ones that are just too tight and are too small). Highly recommend these and value for money... say no more. Unbeatable price.

I’ve receive a faulty product, texted the company on the website HelpChat first, then emailed them on the address provided with the information requested plus photos. The only reply I’ve got back was the same automated text received on the first place from their help chat bot. Over and over again till I lost hope. Definitely not worth the price!
