How do I return an item for a refund?

The following are required to qualify for a return / refund:
1. Be within 30 days from the date of purchase (for all other non-warranty related items)
2. Item/s must be in unused and re-sellable condition (for all other non-warranty related items)
3. Item/s must be in the original packaging with all the tags intact (for all other non-warranty related items)
The following items cannot be returned / refunded:
1. Gift cards
2. Items in Used and un-resellable condition (for all other non-warranty related items)
3. Damaged or used items

There will be a return charge of $13.10 per request / return.
GREAT SHORTS
Hard to find good bordies that fit well and are also functional outside of surfing. Pros 1. I am normally 30 in jeans and shorts - ordered small - fits perfect 2. Pocket - easy to unzip and rezip without having to hold the shorts, normally the up down zips you need two hands. Holds me phone perfectly outside of surfing - holds keys safely when surfing 3, nice and durable but not heavy. stoked with the materials. 4. dry super quick. 5. dont look daggy when wearing as normal shorts out and about 6. length is prime. cons 1. one pocket only - a second back pocket would be handy for extra shit like a wallet when the main pockets being used (outside of surfing) this would only be to make the shorts better all rounders cant complain - stoked thanks

Lightweight, great stretch and a nice colour (maroon) with a pleasing texture. I just wish the pocket was a bit bigger, it barely fits my wallet, definitely not my phone.
