How do I return an item for a refund?

The following are required to qualify for a return / refund:
1. Be within 30 days from the date of purchase (for all other non-warranty related items)
2. Item/s must be in unused and re-sellable condition (for all other non-warranty related items)
3. Item/s must be in the original packaging with all the tags intact (for all other non-warranty related items)

Love it! Have worn everyday to work and on my early morning bike rides to surf. Blocks the wind the the spray of rain. Cozy!
AustraliaDoesn't pack into its pocket
The quality of the jacket is good for the price. The jacket is light but not satisfied with how this has been designed. Being a such a light jacket it should be able to be packed into its own pocket as it is mentioned in the features. Fold away hood and Packable into it pockets are the key features for which I put my money on this jacket. The hood folds away nicely but the jacket cannot be packed into it pockets. The chest pockets are too small. The side hand pockets can hold the jacket if folded very tight in the right way but the side pocket zippers don't shut if the jacket is folded and stored in it. What is the point in packing the Jacket in the pocket and not closing the zipper ? After looking at multiple places for a jacket that has fold away hood and Packable in its own pocket, I thought I got the one I needed but a huge disappointment with the failure w.r.t the packability feature. If Packability is what you're looking for, don't buy this jacket.
