A multi-seasonal staple in our Bluesign certified high performance range, the 2mm short sleeve steamer is designed to be light and flexible filling the gap between a full steamer and a summer vest.
Constructed from lightweight stretch limestone neoprene with GBS and taped seams, this suit will keep you warm when the wind is up or you head out for an early surf in summer but still feels less restrictive than a steamer. Completed with chest zip entry, YKK zipper and anti slip cuffs.

Ideally worn in 18-21°c waters
- Wash your wetsuit in fresh water after every surf
- Dry in the shade (never in direct sunlight)

Bloody Great wettie

This wetsuit would have to be the best I have used. Maneuverability is amazing and basically feels like you are in the NICKY NUU NUU. Perfect for so many conditions and very light weight. Loved it that much I just bought another.

The Project Blank Team are amazing. I was totally blown away with the men's 2mm High Performance Short Sleeve Steamer from the first time I wore it. It's the closest to being NICKY NUU NUU in the water with absolutely no restriction. I am totally blown away with the quality and fit and will not hesitate to purchase again from the PB team. By the way the 2 Board Bags are amazing as well.

Get frothy
Another cracker wetty from Project blank. I've been using the steamer all winter and now got the 2mm for the warm months. Fits perfect and is as good a suit as you'll find anywhere. Thanks PB for keeping it real on the price and minus the yucky waste.

My First PB Suit
Firstly, the value. There's lot's of it here. I'm not sure I could go back to the big boys after paying Two Hundred Something dollars for this suit. It's light, relatively easy to pull on and take of and feels light in the water. The trickle down the spine on first duck dive didn't happen, nor did the seams leak anywhere on the suit. My only gripe is the flushing of water through the legs after a hammering, as the neoprene is very stretchy and not tight enough around the calves (my calf game is strong!). I couldn't release the water from the legs until I was on the beach and could un-roll the legs of the wetsuit. Not great. I did buy it as a spring suit to keep the wind chill down. If I could give 3.5 stars I would.

Great bit of kit
I bought this moving into spring as I only had a 3/2 steamer. I was surprised just how warm the short arm 2mm was and just how much more flexible the suit felt. Glad I ordered the LT as I’m 187cm and 88kg and its perfect now after a few surfs. Very happy with it and will probably look at replacing my steamer come early next year with a project blank now as well

Excellent affordable suit.
At about $250 it is much more affordable than the big brands, but offers similar performance. I found this suit to be much more flexible than the Yulex option and also a little nicer on the skin. Quick drying. Very comfortable. I am 6'3 and 77kgs, and the LT is a pretty good fit. Well worth the $$$. Will be back for a steamer in the future.

Nice for the price
Solid wetsuit so far and generally good fit. Bit tight through torso to get on/off and stiffer rubber than two brand name wettys I’ve had, but they were over double the price.

Nice wettie
So far so good. Brought my short arm 2mm steamer online therefore was a little worried about the fit but no problem at all size guide was spot on. Easy on easy off. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good suit for a good price. Chur

Good but not great
Comfortable and light but the ankles swell with water. Not sure if it’s related but the legs are too long . Buying online there is always risk so I’m not unhappy but for what it is, it’s good but not awesome

Great wetsuit at any price
Love this suit, great fit, flexible, lightweight and quick drying. Will definitely be ordering more wetsuits from Project Blank in the future.
