How do I return an item for a refund?

1. Be within 30 days from the date of purchase (for all other non-warranty related items)
2. Item/s must be in unused and re-sellable condition (for all other non-warranty related items)
3. Item/s must be in the original packaging with all the tags intact (for all other non-warranty related items)

I have been using this Jacket for a while and it has almost served the purpose. Not really something to keep the cold out. Surely not a winter jacket and doesn't give any warmth during winter, but definitely a light weight layering option, easy to carry and doesn't feel a thing inside the back when packed. Not sure if the jacket can keep the water out for long, didn't try it in rain yet but I am sure it can help buying time to find a shelter before getting drenched in a sudden rain. What I love : 1. Packability into its own pocket and occupies very small space inside the bag or my pant's cargo pockets. 2. Ultra Light weight. 3. Material feels like paper. 4. Large chest pocket. What could have been better : 1. Roll and conceal the hood feature like the one available in the women's spray jacket. I hate the hood hanging behind when not in use. 2. The side pockets could have been a bit deeper and also had a zipper or Velcro or magnetic closure to secure the things inside. Not a big deal though. 3. More colours please, please please, atleast a bright orange blue or green zipper for the black jacket. Not a big deal. 4. Water proof chest pocket. Not a big deal. 5. The hood doesn't stay over the head when windy. Works well when used over a cap . Not a big deal. If this jacket next version is available with more colours and roll & conceal hood feature, I am buying one or two more of that jacket. Thanks to the customer service, I got this Jacket for free due to an error with my order for the women's spray jacket for my wife. But both of us love our jackets and it is with us all the time through out the year especially during our travel.

Good build. Wish I had got a bigger size. Ordered large which is usually perfect. Seems a little small.
