How do I return an item for a refund?

The following are required to qualify for a return / refund:
1. Be within 30 days from the date of purchase (for all other non-warranty related items)
2. Item/s must be in unused and re-sellable condition (for all other non-warranty related items)
3. Item/s must be in the original packaging with all the tags intact (for all other non-warranty related items)
The following items cannot be returned / refunded:
1. Gift cards
2. Items in Used and un-resellable condition (for all other non-warranty related items)
3. Damaged or used items
Return Charge
There will be a return charge of $13.10 per request / return.

The “screw base” in the product description just refers to a pointy end, not an actual “screw” like you get with other umbrellas at this price point. The seam on the bag ripped on our first use of the umbrella. Disappointing experience overall.
